1.0 INTRODUCTION:

Marksmanship and ingenuity of the science of psychiatry in the similar vein stands affirmative as United Nations and World Sustainable Development Goals overcomes one scientific ardor over another.

This article is a deep insight into the science of psychiatry and the illness of schizophrenia. Civilization and medical science are at the crossroads and crucial juncture of scientific divination and scientific jurisprudence. The author has suffered tremendously in his life due to schizophrenia. From the early days of his illness in 1993, to present, he is replete with unending thoughts, obsessive compulsive disorder and recurrent auditory hallucination. After COVID, his health became extremely grave as he traversed the rugged terrain of human life. Medical science, health sciences and technology today stands affirm and tall in the middle of deep scientific stewardship, profundity and vast ingenuity. Today there is an immense need of the science of psychiatry and psychological therapy in the full treatment of schizophrenia and other bi-polar disorders. From 1997, he is administered with the wonder drug of Clozapine. There are today few medicines to treat schizophrenia. United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and advanced health care needs to be intertwined with each other. Human habitat, human life and human healthcare will surely lead a long and visionary way in opening newer windows of innovation and instinct in the field of treatment of schizophrenia and other bi-polar disorders in eons to come. A newer day and a newer dawn of human civilization will evolve if Advanced Health Care is envisioned and applied thoroughly in the futuristic vision of human civilization.

2.0 THE AIM AND OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY:

Medical science and scientific vision of healthcare globally needs to be re-envisioned with the passage of global scientific history and visionary time frame. Science and technology has today no answers to the travails and of schizophrenia and its cure. A deep scientific introspection and scientific judgement in the field of schizophrenia treatment and cure are the utmost needs of the hour. The aim and objective of the study is to open and unravel wide windows of innovation and instinct in the field of treatment of schizophrenia and other bi-polar disorders. United Nations and World Sustainable Development Goals needs to be interspersed with the science if schizophrenia and neuropsychiatry. The agony and pain of a schizophrenic patient is immense as man and mankind surpasses one visionary medical science boundary over another. The author is a schizophrenic patient since 1993. Lots of water has gone down the river since then. Today after COVID, his health has been extremely grave and disastrous as he is replete with paranoid schizophrenia. Reflux hallucination and obsessive compulsive disorder are the objects of immense agony and ardor in his life. Thus a newer direction and a newer avenue in the field of research in psychology and psychiatry will surely emerge if science, civilization and mankind takes concerted and positive steps towards a future emancipation of medical science.^1,2,3,4,5 Science, technology and engineering science of advanced healthcare will surely open newer dimensions of sustainability research and medical research in eons to come.

3.0 SUSTAINABILITY AND THE VAST VISION FOR THE FUTURE:

Sustainable development and United Nations Sustainable Development Goals are two opposite sides of the visionary coin. Medical science and healthcare are part and parcel of United Nations and World Sustainable Development Goals. Socio-economic sustainability, environmental sustainability and energy resources sustainability are the absolute needs of human civilization and human scientific pursuit today. A strong and concerted scientific and technological introspection is the utmost need of the hour as humankind traverses the weary path of vision and purpose. The prudence, wisdom and jurisprudence of the science of psychology and psychiatry needs to be deeply envisioned as medical sciences, health sciences and technology overcomes one scientific barrier over another. Provision of medical healthcare is one of the columns of United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Sustainable development and advanced medical care needs to be integrated to each other. Human habitat, human life and humanity today stands affirmative and tall in the midst of applications of United Nations World Sustainable Development Goals. Environmental engineering science, chemical process engineering and nanotechnology are in the path of newer scientific validation and scientific divination. In the similar vision, medical healthcare and biomedical sciences will truly and remarkably go a long and visionary way in widening futuristic emancipation and futuristic vision in the field of psychology and neuropsychiatry in decades to come.^6,7,8,9,10

4.0 THE INITIAL YEARS OF AUTHOR’S ILLNESS AND THE IMMENSE STRUGGLE BEHIND IT:

The author is a graduate and a postgraduate in chemical engineering from a reputed university in Kolkata, India. He is a graduate in chemical engineering in the year 1992 and a postgraduate in chemical engineering in the year 1994. In his postgraduation days, he started hearing voices against him. Delusion and hallucination prevailed upon him. There was also a tremendous academic rigor in his postgraduation days in his university. In today’s scientific world, psychotherapy is the utmost need of the hour. The author with immense agony elucidates on the difficult terrains of the science of schizophrenia. The struggle in his life is relentless. Since graduating from university, he switched one job over another. After his postgraduation in Chemical Engineering, he got an engineering job in New Delhi, India. Sound hearing and hearing voices devastated him. He got the job in April,1994 but he left that job and came back to Kolkata in September, 1994. Switching jobs are not good for any person’s professional career. Slowly and slowly his health deteriorated like anything. Auditory hallucination was at its zenith. Human civilization has today no answers to the treatment of schizophrenia. Today is the world of United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and Fourth Industrial Revolution. Civilization, medical science and scientific vision are overcoming one scientific frontier over another. The author with immense agony and pain describes and elucidates the veritable needs of advanced healthcare and sustainability. In 1994 just after postgraduation, he got a job in New Delhi, India. Life has no meanings to him as science of schizophrenia crosses one frontier over another. ^{6,7,8,9,10,11}

5.0 THE SCIENCE OF PSYCHIATRY AND THE CURE OF SCHIZOPHRENIA:

The science of psychiatry and psychology are in the path of newer scientific rejuvenation. The author has suffered a lot of trials and tribulations in life. There is an immense need of fresh air in the life of a schizophrenia patient. There is today no cure of the ailment of schizophrenia. Surely a remarkable era in the field of psychology will evolve when humankind targets the pillars of United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and advanced healthcare. Scientific stance, scientific grit and determination will surely go a long and visionary way in unraveling the scientific intricasies in World Sustainable Development Goals in eons to come. The cure of schizophrenia is an optical illusion and needs to be re-envisioned and revamped with the passage of time. Today is the world of science and technology in Fourth Industrial Revolution and Internet 4.0. The absolute needs of the cure of schizophrenia will surely go a long and visionary way in opening newer doors of innovation in epochs to come.

The agony, trials and tribulations in the course of author’s illness are immense as human life traverses one visionary boundary over another. Human habitat and human life today stands in between a deep crevice of scientific and engineering introspection. Today in this scientific world of human civilization, advanced healthcare and sustainability are the utmost needs of the hour. The author has suffered tremendously in his life. So a deep scientific introspection in the field of schizophrenia is the ultimate need of the hour. Civilization and science are in the road forward of ingenuity, forbearance and deep fortitude. Applied psychology and psychiatry are the utmost needs of the hour. Today is the world of Fourth Industrial Revolution and Internet 4.0. The dawn of human civilization is experiencing drastic and dramatic challenges. The author deeply elucidates the days of his immense agony. He is still suffering tremendously. The agony and pain of a schizophrenic patient is enormous. Schizophrenia is an extremely difficult ailment to treat. Scientific forbearance and scientific ingenuity are the utmost needs of the hour. Futuristic scientific vision in the field of neuropsychiatry and schizophrenia will surely open newer doors of innovation and instinct in the field of scientific ingenuity and sustainability in decades to me.¹¹

Futuristic outlook and futuristic perspectives in the science of schizophrenia needs to be re-envisioned with the passage of global sustainability initiatives and time. In today’s scientific world, schizophrenia is an extremely difficult ailment to treat. The author has suffered tremendously in life. This treatise is an eye opener to the difficulties and travails in human life and the science of schizophrenia. Advanced healthcare is the utmost need of the hour. Bipolar disorders are also difficult to treat. The author vehemently pronounces in this treatise the needs of advanced healthcare and effective psychotherapy in treating mental health patients.

The world of science and technology are moving from one frontier over another. The march of medical science needs to be re-envisioned with the passage of science, technology and vision.
